I rolled an alt recently, and got to chance to go back to one of my favorite zones in the game; Khenarthi's Roost. I had a lot of fun, but I found a few bugs. Some old, some new, and one or two that were pretty funny.

A storm cloud indoors. I'm not quite sure if this is an actual bug, as the tower has no roof, but it really doesn't fit. I remember coming through here before without seeing an indoor rain cloud.The skyshard tower in Eagle's Strand:



This guy looks like he's sprinting, but he runs slower than most NPCs walk. He continues on one circular path being followed by a goat at the same speed. I found that after leaving and returning he's actually walking and looks normal. Gogni the Redguard just south of Mistral on the mainland:



I can mount a horse in this ship in Mistral. That's cool.



But when I try on the deck, the game's all like, "Nah, man. now's not the time for that."



This time around I decided to let the green lady kill him. He stayed like this for about 3 minutes before I tried leaving the house and coming back. He was still like that. I had to turn the quest in to get this to stop. Ambassador Ulondil in Mistral:
