New armor sets: when?

When are we going to see some new armor sets/motifs? I am a bit tired of having to wear gear that looks the same from lvl 40 to VR 12... For me finding/unlocking new gear that has a different look is a big incentive to leveling up and exploration. I am getting bored by the never-changing look of my character -_-

✭They are ingame but you cannot get them. Only some main character wear them.
Sees-All-Colors - elite argonian style
Jorunn - elite nord style
Jofnir - elite redguard
King Emeric - elite breton style
Also some boss like the boss from The Grotto of Depravity

✭Chances are, new armor sets and motifs (like Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood armors I hope will be motifs) will be rolled out with the Justice System. Maybe a few new ones here and there, but there are new sets coming - just go watch the video from QuakeCon and salivate like the rest of us, brother.
