There once was a fisherman who was petty and poor. he lived a lonesome life on the docks of riften selling what little he caught for enough coin to buy watered down mead. One day in a mildly drunken state he wandered upon a pile of old abandoned crates unsure if it was the mead or reality the area grew cold and dark, scared the fisherman backed away running into the mist only to find himself back at the crates. He called for help yet no one heard him nor could anyone be seen. Trapped in this pocket of purgatory he began to talk to himself question if this was real, or if he was real unsure if this was punishment or trickery of the daedric sort. He prayed to anyone who would listen yet no one came to his aid. Deranged and twisted his mind grew he climbed into the crates the only place he seemed to find comfort. There he remained curled up in ball rocking silently forevermore... It is said those who wander near those abandoned crates can hear the wooden creaks of the lost man still inside the crate in some lost pocket of oblivion some are even able to feel the cold chill of this strange place...
It is also said those riding on horses are thrown from their saddles saying they can sense the ill nature of the forgotten crates and flee before they are consumed by it...
Beware or you may find yourself forever lost..
