Crimes of the past markers leading to nothing

I'm doing the Crimes of the Past mission and at a certain point I'm supposed to recover a couple of keys to open a door. There are 2 quest markers but non of them leads to anything, there are no item where the quest markers lead. Tried reloadui and then reload everything but no luck. I'll try again in the afternoon... anyone experiencing the same?

This is probably because the items are below ground, which u can see if u have your compass aimed towards the questmarker. It says nothing when you are on the same level, above or below if it´s above or below you. They are in burrows.
