Costume / Item - "Vampires guile" [name subject to change]
This item is only usable by vampires, upon use, said item hides the appearance of vampirism through clever use of magicka, specifically of the illusion school equation, so that vampires may better blend into society, walk among the living and even in some cases, lead normal lives.
In some rare circumstances, this may lead to role-play with vampires where the vampires are not immediately acknowledged as the undead, as opposed to currently where they are acknowledged as vampires from over 100 view distance range.

In order to better role-play the choices of our character(s), good and bad. We should be provided with simple tools, which definitely exist within the Elder Scrolls universe. A costume or item for vampires, which allows their prowess of the illusion magic to be evident by appearing as if they are not of the infinitely beautiful undead.
And while this is a perfectly plausible reason to have such an item/ability......when every single player uses it it becomes not so plausible. What, every single vampire has some kind of illusion skill? I think not.
It's rather like everyone and their brother being a vampire in the first place, regardless of RP reasons or just "gotta have the best" uber leet reasons. Those players have already figured out a way to almost completely nullify the weakness to fire...and now some want to get rid of the cosmetic drawbacks?
No. I don't care what reasons or logic you come up with...it's still no. Matter of fact, there needs to be more drawbacks to being a monster.

there is a difference in appearance for each stage? Heh...never noticed. And, not sure I've ever looked at anyone's face either in game.
I want a non optional OP sparkle ultimate in addition to bats also.

Even in the instances where a player has managed to max their fire mitigation, they must do so at the expense of other perks. So JUST for the ability NOT to burst into flames as if they continually doused themselves with gasoline they have to forego MANY other benefits they could be using that other players take for granted. So stop yer whinin' because you clearly haven't thought this through.

OMG this may be the best idea EVER!

Saying that, just as there are those out there that do not use butter [nor care for it] and would love for all butter to be abolished into the deepest reaches of space [even though they do not care for it, good nor ill], just as there are others that do not care, they simply do not indulge in butter.[/center]

Wait, you mean this doesn't happen every time you try to loot something and click the "loot all" button a little too fast?

Lol if the poll was for only people that care about their character's facial appearance than it wouldn't be a very accurate poll now would it?

To continue in the vein(see what I did there?) you have put forth, allow me to express how your analogy looks to me in the ESO world.
I don't like butter. And yet...everywhere I turn, it's being shoved into my face.
Some people want to not look like butter.
Some people don't want to melt easily like butter does.
As many as six in ten characters I see running around during any given period I am playing, I see them all buttered up, and it sickens me.
I got over my butter phase while the letters t-e-e-n were still found in my age apparently a large portion of the player base hasn't.
Why do I have to see some idiotic poll about butter almost every time I visit the forums? You'd think if people were that unhappy with it, they'd do the "butter cure" mission. No, it's simple entitlement, wanting the best without having any drawbacks. And THAT is what I take issue with, more than the butter itself.

You still look exactly like a vampire. There's no way anyone who sees you would NOT know.

Nope, that's when my crazy bats go flying all over the place! LOL
