fix the dang cloak!!!

Maintenance for the week of April 14:

yes, millions of other threads have been made about this, but apparently, they don't seem to be enough, as cloak has yet to be fixed. If people whining enough can get ZOS to fix something that does not need to be fixed, then me and other peoples whining should be enough to get them to fix the NBs cloak. FIX OUR CLOAK!!!

    Obviously it's not broken, otherwise, they'd say it was working as intended and then fix it 3 weeks later.

    yeah. that ticked me off to see them do that. idk what is going on in the minds of the ZOS staff.

    I'm half expecting them to change the tooltip for shadow cloak and then say
    'Don't worry guys we fixed cloak, it was just a tooltip error all along!'.

    New tooltip: 'cloak duration is reduced to 0.5 seconds when in combat against other players' .
