Not sure what you're picturing but my lounge really doesn't resemble a server farm. The computer is away in my work area and the TV is in the lounge, and all connections are hidden by sleek shelving and cabinetry. Just takes a tiny bit of effort to make it all work perfectly, and you just need an HDMI capable GPU (so a fairly new graphics card), plus I use an amp then connect a bunch of speakers and a sub through it all so movies sound amazing too. Only thing that makes you realise that TV is actually now really a monitor is the wireless mouse and keyboard, and when I switch to desktop...though even then have it set up so any icons hide away when I doubleclick the desktop.
Whole thing works brilliantly, one day we'll all have the whole house hooked up through something like that.
I know it's possible. But since I'd have to move data down a floor and through a concrete ceiling that's to stubborn to let even wifi pass, I pass. Eventually, I'm going to have to relocate my 'man cave' down in the cellar where it belongs anyways, but till then the off the shelve solution was best for my case.
Then however, I can start working literally from the ground up and probably will have one or two more PC enthusiastic beings under my roof and putting in a little more effort will make much more sense. Sindala✭✭✭✭✭Well that's obvious.....If we can type and read these forums we will carry on using ESO on our computers because we are educated.
Everyone knows that console players cant read or type, so they wont know what your poll is about.
Being First is not the prize, it just mean's everyone can stab you in the back.1 -

I am not spending a single penny on the game until changes are made to the game that I want to see.
1) Remove having to be in a guild to sell items to other players at a kiosk.
2) Cosmetic modding for armor and clothing.
3) Difficulty slider.
4) Fully customizable player housing that isn't tied to anything in the game other than having the correct resources and enough gold to build. Don't tie it to PvP, guild membership, or anything at all. Oh, make it instanced so as not to take up world map space, too. Zeni screwed this one up already.
Any /one/ of these things implemented would get me spending again, maybe even subbing.1 -
PS4This poll, I gave you all 3 "platform" options and a 4th option for transfer. Simple as that, everyone think's of PC as being a specific brand or OS but it is not, I will be switching to the console platform because in my opinion this game was truly intended with the console players in mind, not you PC player's which is the part that annoys most people. I stopped playing WoW or any other MMO because there was simply TOO much to do in those games. I would have to devote my entire play time to one of those games. I love MMO's because I enjoy the player driven economy in the game. Not so much playing with the other people, but hey I'm a solo player at heart. I enjoy the video game's for the story which not allot of people do these days it's really sad in my opinion .May the Night Mother watch over you.
