I noticed it in cyrodiil vs guards. Zero damage, as far as i remember, with light or heavy attacks.

wonderful....another exploit already? that was quick. ill give these people SOME credit, they are good at finding these:D
dang. something is up then. well, guess im glad im in the non-vet, where everyone is mostly equal. Ill see how bad it is when the new 30 day comes out. Hopefully my Bow wont be to ineffective.wonderful....another exploit already? that was quick. ill give these people SOME credit, they are good at finding these:D
I certainly give people points for creativity, but I am also concerned about things that are also broken and not working as they should. For intance, as I stated earlier, my breath of life should be healing for 700+ and it was healing for 100 without any debuffs on me. PvP is just such a circus right now.
I haven't noticed that yet. The Sorcerer(s) I have noticed were not in mistform. I just know I activated Invasion, reflective light, puncturing sweep, and hit him with a couple from another puncturing sweep, then he began escaping. At this point, he started casting something, but couldn't tell what it was, and I charged him again and started the rotation over. By this point, he literally hot not lost any health at all. It's not like he was healing the health back either, it just never left full. This happened a few times through out the night.

I'm 100% positive it's the Mistform exploit as I know how the exploit is done (roughly since I'm not a vampire).
Here is the video of the templar in question I just uploaded.
The damage I do to them works out to roughly 1/3 of damage taken when they're full health and even less when they're lower due to undeath.
I'm almost certain the bonus +9% damage we get to players is Additive with mistform reduction which explains why they don't take even less damage. For whatever reason when it comes to math in ESO *everything* is freaking additive.

If you mean the shields they get when seige is used on them, they've always been there.
