Agreed this is a basic, obvious addition in most mmos. However there is an addon that can help you - binder. Been using it for a while, very easy to use

Please add them as an option. I for one use the same layout on all characters and it would be nice if setups or changes wouldn't have to be made for every character.
It should be optional though, as there probably are people who use different layouts for different characters.
What I have in mind is: "Use the same layout as character X[dropdown]" or "use custom template X".
Log into the Character you want to copy settings from.Great... another addon I need to use <.<
For the chat tabs I made Unified Chat Tabs. It annoyed me enough to make a solution, now you can just use it.I agree. And not just keybinds. I would like this option for any setting that resets when you start an alt. (Keybinds, chat tabs and settings, etc)

You will need to set any of your settings again, which includes keybindings, gameplay, camera, interface, and social. We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused.
Key bindings, Addons and UI placement toggle for account wide format would be NICE.
ZOS it's elementary. Come on.
