So i`m a Vr2 Templar and i`m questing in Grathwood which is Aldmeri Dominion territory . As i`m going through the woods, i see a Skull appear on my compass so i get very excited because i thought i had killed every world bosses in the zone untill then.

So i make my way through the forest and reach the boss. Seems to be some kind of Orc Sorceress or shaman, she`s standing in front of an Altar made out of rock and she has a huge bear sleeping right next to her.

So i get off my horse , unsheath my trusty Greatsword , raise it towards the sky while imbuing it with magical power ( Skill is called momentum in game) , after which i focus my attention towards my ennemy while channeling magicka into my left fist and a few seconds later, my fist glowing brighter than the sun, i send an orb of holy fire flying towards my opponent.

Before she even realises where that came from, i immediatly follow by throwing a Javelin made out of holy energy directly into her companion`s thick fur, hoping that it would keep him from interfering with my next attack. The javelin sadly did not hurt the bear much but it did knock him back just enough to give me a chance to charge his master.

The fight is on , the bear is obviously back on his feet and his master is now channeling a spell i do not recognize on her furry companion. I try not to pay too much attention to the bear and take advantage of the fact that the sorceress is occupied to land a few powerful swings at her but she must be protected by some kind of magical field because my sword does not seem to have too much of an effect on her.

Meanwhile , the enormous angry bear is attempting to maul me with everything he`s got. I`m doing a very good job at keeping away from the bear`s enormous paws while i`m trying desperatly to land as many blows as i can on the master. I seem to be doing some damage but she is not showing any signs of pain and i`m not seeing much blood.

After a while, she stops channeling energy into her bear and starts summoning orbs that seem to be made of ghostly energy. At first the Orb is simply hovering next to the summoner but shortly after , it starts moving in my direction. That is when i know it can`t be good. So while i`m still doing my best to avoid or block every attacks that the huge animal is sending my way, i take my best swing at the Orb. This one immediatly explodes and i find myself unable to move my feet for a few seconds.

During that time i`m taking severe damage from the bear`s attacks as well as from his master . Luckily, being a Templar, i have access to some very powerful restoration spells. In a matter of seconds i`m fully recovered from the damage i had suffered and i can move my feet again. The battle continues in this same way for a very long time. Little did i know that my opponent was also a Templar so every blow that i was able to land on her and on her companion were almost healed instantly.

We`ve been fighting for what seems like forever now and neither sides seem to be showing any signs of fatigue. The truth is i`m actually starting to feel signs of fatigue but i try my best not to let it show to my opponent.

But as the time goes by, i`m slowly losing focus , my attacks are further and further appart and i`m spending more time healing myself than pretty much anything else. And my opponent does not seem to be tired one bit. In fact she is starting to intimidate me and i`m not easily intimidated. I`m losing hope, i`m tired , unable to focus , doing more and more mistakes . I can almost see a grin on the bear`s face and i can most certainly see a grin on his master`s face. Heck i can almost see a grin on the ghostly Orbs that keep coming my way as if she had an endless supply of them which she probably does.

That`s it , i`ve given everything i had , i`m so unfocused now that i can`t even manage to cast any kinds of healing spells . My magical armor has already absorbed every blow that it could take and my vision is starting to get blurred out. It`s the end for me , i can feel it approaching. Those were my last thoughts a few moments before i fell to my death.

The last thing i saw was the enormous bear standing on his hind legs preparing for his final blow.

After that everything goes completly dark. Darkness , pure darkness , i feel as if i`m still concious , kind of like a dream but i feel nothing , no pain , no joy, no sadness. I can`t see anything , i can`t move , i wonder , is this really what death is supposed to be ?

Then i remember , i don`t have a soul, Molag Bal still owns my soul, i have failed to play my role as the champion of Tamriel. Now i`m doomed to spend an eternity in this darkness, unable to move or see or hear anything. I should`ve been more careful.

Then all of a sudden, i think i`m seeing something , a small light in the distance, it seems to be coming towards me , it`s getting brighter and brighter . What is it ? Maybe i`m just allucinating, my imagination playing tricks on me .

It keeps growing and getting brighter every seconds, now i know it`s not my imagination, the closer it gets and the better i feel, i`m actualy feeling something , some sensation resembling confort and security.

Then i hear a voice, a female voice , very soft and friendly . She tells me that i cannot be allowed to die, not yet , that i have a major role to play for the futur of Tamriel. That untill this role has been fulfilled, i cannot be allowed to die.

I try to speak but i`m unable to form words , only thoughts, i want to ask her who she is but i don`t know how . Then she tells me not to fear , that she is an ally , that we have met before only my memory of that moment has been erased .

Now i think i know who she is , my memories are unclear but i have strong doubts that she is Meridia . Daidric prince of light. She is definatly on my side , whether i`m right about her true identity or not i have a feeling i can trust her.

Last thing i remember from this is her voice telling me to be ready, that my battle was about to be resumed , that i would soon wake up exactly where i fell.

Sure enough, a few moments later the darkness starts to dissipate , the blackness turns to blueish colors mixed with white shapes , i`m seeing more and more detail from my surroundings and before i know it , i`m looking at the sky and the branches from the tall trees moving with the wind.

But this paradise is very abruptly interrupted by something much more grim. The intrument of my death knew i had awaken and was now standing right above me . I turn my head and see the Sorceress coming in my direction.

My first reaction is to quickly roll away from under the bear, have a quick look around for my sword , i see it , roll right by it and grab it.

That`s it, i`m ready. Now i know what to expect from this sorceress and her pet. This time i will not repeat the same mistakes . This time i will not hold back . This time i unleash my full potential, my true power.

Once again i imbue my sword with magical power and once again i throw a javelin but this time i hit the mage . I want to do my best to keep her from using her spells , as long as i can do that, i should have the advantage .

The battle is on , it`s far from easy, the bear seems to be twice as aggressive as he was the first time and the sorceress is far from helpless but i`m standing my ground . I have no fear and i`m fighting with everything i`ve got . Things seem to be going somewhat better than the first time .

But once again the sorceress heals herself , i didn`t see it coming , i failed to interrupt her. No matter , i keep fighting , no way i`m losing focus this time . Finally i decided to attack the bear instead while the sorceress was busy desperatly trying to restore herself, i land a few good hits on the animal and injure him pretty badly.

The sorceres had just used too much of her magicka healing herself and was unable to do the same for her companion right away. That is when i realised something , a weakness had just revealed itself to me .

Right away i turn my attention back to the sorceress while always keeping an eye on the bear and avoiding his attacks as much as i could, i was focusing my blows on the sorceress as much as i could . Then sure enough, she starts healing herself again and that is exactly what i was waiting for .

I immediatly turn my attention to the bear , block his attack , dazing him just long enough for me to counter attack with all my strengh, making his previous injuries 10 times worse and then i called upon every little bit of strengh, adrenaline and magicka i had to conjure the most powerful spell i know . NOVA. This enormous boulder formed out of crackling energy , generating a powerful gravity pull around it`s core and vaporizing anything or anyone who is unfortunate enough to be caught in it`s destructive wrath.

It doesn`t take very long for the animal to fall to the ground , lifeless .

Then i turn my attention towards the sorceress and this time she doesn`t have her companion to distract me . Now i can focus all of my attention on her. I may not have the strengh to conjure up another Nova yet but i shouldn`t need it .

My opponent seems to be able to adjust though, now she`s sending ghostly Orbs at me at a much more rapid rate. Half the time i`m unable to move my feet but it matters not since she`s always within the reach of my blade. We both attack eachother with everything we`ve got . My blade is restless, always moving and hitting it`s target with every swing .

But the Sorceress is still able to heal herself and despite my best efforts to interrupt her , she seems to always manage to restore just enough to keep herself in the fight . I feel as if i do have the advantage but i may have to change my tactics or else this fight will never end .

So i take a few steps back and conjure another javelin , i hit her right in the chest , her feet lift off the ground and a second later, she`s laying on her back , i of course take advantage of this oppertunity to hit her with every bit of power i could summon .

As soon as she`s back on her feet i once again take a step back but this time i hit her with the flat side of my sword in an upward motion, once again sending her flying back and dropping to the ground like a sack of grain. Again using this oppertunity to strike her with a powerful overhead swing.

I repeated that same pattern quite a few times and managed to injure her very badly , meanwhile ensuring that she couldn`t land a single healing spell. But all of a sudden, i get distracted by a rider passing by and my opponent took advantage of this appertunity to heal herself .

Realising my mistake i immedietly hit her on the head with the pummle of my sword to interrupt her and once again i take a step back and conjure up a javelin which i throw straight at her. Then i see that rider heading in my direction. He doesn`t say a word and immedietly starts attacking the sorcerer.

I wasn`t sure of this rider`s intentions but instead of asking questions , i went straight back to attacking the Sorcerer and together we finaly managed to put an end to her life.

I will never know if i could`ve won this fight without the rider`s help , but one thing i can say for sure . I will always remember this fight . That sorceress or should i say Templar was most certainly the most worthy opponent i ever had to face and i`ve slain many evil sorcerers and Daedra in my life.
