PTS 1.4 End of Campaign Gear Reward

The first 7 day Haderus campaign has ended on the 1.4 PTS server. My EP character finished 1st for the entire campaign (I think) which had five people total on it when I last checked over the weekend. I ended up with around 3700 AP for the week. I received two emails following the end of the campaign. The first one contained 675 gold. The second one contained another 225 gold as well as a legendary VR14 Curse-Eating Hat.

Good to see it didn't have the exploration trait on it. I wonder if the set items are going to be random or always the same set.

Now if ZOS only listened to the people who actually PvP, and put Impen on it-- then it might actually be useful!

Hey at least it's BOE, so maybe we can sell it to some newbs who don't know any better for a stack of tripots.

What happened to legendary gear being crafted only?

I will laugh hard if those legendary pieces are also randomly picked from every set that is bought for AP . Would be much cooler if they added some unique costume/ horse armor or any other cool effect for Your character . Right now this reward is just silly

it only didnt have exploration because it was light. if that was medium it would be reduced sprinting cost heavy exploration

That's actually a killer idea. Cool horse armor that makes your horse run 2% faster or something mostly inconsequential like that, even though the faster with armor makes zero sense.

Instead of horse armor, why not some new horseshoes or a bridle or something similar that could increase your horse's speed, albeit with a little imagination.

New weapons are also doled out for the end of campaign rewards. I received the Master's Bow from last week's Haderus campaign on the PTS.

will that bow also have a chance of dropping as a reward from the Dragonstar arena or just top 2% of AP gainers at end of campaign?

if it's just top 2% AP gainers, AP farming is going to rise to a new level

i also hope that they haven't borked things up and have that extra weapon damage only apply to poison arrow, and not it's related morphs

I got two weapons out the deal. Master's Great Sword and Master's Bow. The sword unupgraded adds 64 to cleave dmg and the bow increases weapon dmg by 28 against targets effected by poison arrow.

It's just RNG, same thing you'd have to go through running dragon star

Probably should try give you some choice but that's likely difficult to implement.

This is Haderus so the rewards are weekly. The longer campaigns (supposedly) give more rewards. I would expect the 30 day campaigns to give out 4 items.
