Yes (I have a better idea).
I would like ALL siege engines to have a 5 second Timer.

This would fix Stealth Oil Popups.

The realist in me wants a change, and it would be for the better imo for all the oil haters. You should be able to put an oil anywhere and leave it at any time to fight. However it bugs me that on flat ground while it hurts all the enemies around you, you're unscathed. In a perfect world it would burn you too on flat ground, but on a hill or something of the like, would not. IMO that would take an unfathomable amount of time for them to make a reality though, and oils, while apparently the bane of some people's existence judging by the number of forum posts... are a minimal part of the game undeserving of that time.

I voted for friendly fire and it sounds really fun but I'm sure there'd be a way to exploit it.

No need for suicide resources; bring on the oils!

The trolling would be epic too. There'd be oil pots on every transitus shrine.

If they did mess with them they would mess them up and break them..leave them alone. For the love of all that is good and not broken..Leave...it...alone..
