Is this a vampire exploit?

Can confirm the results seen in these videos. Ran into this guy twice within the last day or so. He is literally nearly unkillable because he has found a way to bug mist form so it is on 100 percent of the time (at least the damage reduction portion)

That being said, six players with silver bolts did manage to knock him on his posterior, but thats SIX PEOPLE and one of us got a banish proc. Else he would not have died.

This absolutely MUST be rectified before the exploit becomes widespread. We do not need another caltrops fiasco. If this gets out, PvP will be crippled until such time as it is fixed.

Do it today if you can, do not wait for 1.4. It is only a matter of time before people figure out how to do this based just on what has been said in this thread.

Also, ban this player. Do not suspend or just toy around, ban him. This kind of junk needs to be stopped NOW. Every week a new exploit is revealed. Take strong action now to stop the endless cycle and make an example of this guy.

I've seen him and the other guy Bishop or whatever use Mistform freely, so i'm not sure its a macro or anything.

But they've found a way to keep the damage reduction up 100% of the time, that's for sure.

And they will continue exploiting unless someone who knows the exploit make it very public.
Then you'll have a granted hotfix the next day, as they always do with game-breaking exploits.

Were you not here for the vamp exploit of release that took 2/3 weeks to fix. Or the caltrops bug that took a month to fix. Or the fps/lag issues that took another 3 weeks to fix. Game breaking exploits are hardly ever hotfixed lol

This is damage shield stacking nothing more im pretty sure. However, Ive come a cross a player, had an at least 10 players from a PuG zerg and me chase him to main gate. A good 200 meters. He came to a point where he had exactly 2% or 42 hp left. Sorcs spamming him with speelz n stuff - I charged him to drop him with toppling charge (standard around 400 magic damage), stunned, biting jabs 70% crit chance on low health players AND then devouring swarm seeing he didnt drop. And he didnt - Im sure that was a cheat but didnt fraps and too hectic. Only after he survived my swarm I knew something fishy was going on. Not sure its the case with the vids.

You're very wrong. This is mistform exploit and there's no way it's accidental because they've always got it up. Watch the vid later in the thread. It's a fact not speculation.

If you wanted to win this fight easily, pop unstable core and use your resto staff to regen magicka. Unstable Core also works on Soul Assault and have seen a lvl 38 Templar beat a V12 Sorc with it easily.

Why should we keep offering constructive feedback to this company when it is repeatedly ignored? I do that enough at my real job and shouldn't have to endure it in something I pay to enjoy in my free time.

Its a goddamned disgrace how this gaming company treats its PvP issues. There is no urgency to fix the issues that negatively affect numerous players every single day.

Looks to me like this player is simply doing a good job of keeping up harness magicka on top of their other damage shields, which reduces incoming spell damage by 50%. They are still taking damage, as you can see the shield getting smaller when they are hit.

You're wrong. Look at the video I posted, not the OP.

I could post videos of me fighting a shield sorc as well and the shield on this VR8 behave nothing like the shields on VR12 sorcs.

Either way there are several points in the video where his shields are down yet he still takes vastly reduced damage.

But I also know they hotfixed godmode exploit as soon as it was made public.

Clearly this cheat and the others (Bishop of Souls for example) have unsubbed and don't care or simply realise ZOS will never take any action. Tents continue to go up behind spawn points. No one gets a hammer. Why would this be any different?

Cheats smugly posting on forums and continuing to run around in game with no consequences. This game is going places. Mostly stinking brown places.

I sniped this guy with camo hunter st max range for 37 total damage. No damage shield present.

FYI my burst from stealth is typically 2000-3000 dps.

He was also getting hammered by approx another 10 players at this time also.

Not sure how he's doing it but I'm sure it's not by using intended game mechanics.
