Enough with the leaderboard notifications about guildmates completing whatever in whatever time! I DON'T CARE! The silly things are popping in every few minutes and are quite distracting; I don't always know if it's something important like someone wanting to group, or just this leaderboard thing. I don't give a flying toss about leaderboards - I just want to play the game in peace!

Please give us an option to switch the damn things off. Please.

    Agreed. But there are other threads on this. But I feel your frustration and share it. It is beyond annoying.

    100% agree. I really wish I could turn these off, especially when in Cyrodiil.

    2000% agree. My notifications should be for things that directly effect me. Not some epeen waving that I really don't care at all about being shoved in my face trolling me into thinking it's a notification of some sort of importance when it's simply just spam.

    There cannot possibly be enough threads on this topic until it's fixed.

    I agree. I don't know anything about programming, but I wouldn't think this would be something too difficult to make available as an option we could turn on or off.

    @ZOS please make those optional! It's bloody annoying to get these pop up all the time when i'm not actually in a group doing any trials.

    I'm in 5 guilds, 3 of which are fairly large and have many players doing trials.

    I agree! to have the option to turn of notifications for Leaderboard would be good! while they at it, to also have the possibility to turn off guild invites! and friend invites would be cool. I personally don't need it but I Know of a lot of players that would appreciate this functionality.

    Ohhhh, WONDERFUL! I'll use that! The constant 'plings' are very distracting when I'm busy in a fight.

    Apologies if I've just made another thread for the same thing - I just became so frustrated with the endless 'plings'! :P

    For those of us that don't want to run addons, please give us a toggle in the settings to turn these notifications off.

    Just a heads up about the addon, when you /reloadui, all the trials notifications that it blocked will appear.

    This works brilliantly! I've not seen a single leaderboard ping, and best of all, it doesn't interfere with other notifications.

    Agreed. I don't give a hoot about people completing dungeons and I do NOT want to be notified ever again.

    FOR THE SAKE OF THE GODS! Please turn off the farging leaderboard notifications, or make it an option that can be activated.

    I shouldn't have to have an addon for that. I'm sure less than 1% of players actually want this info. It is totally irritating when I'm out questing and get one every five minutes. Thank you.

    I can't believe we still have to request this change. This thread is from AUGUST! Make it optional or shut them off.

    Maybe this is why they managed to get rid of gold farmer spams in early game.... so it wouldn't compete with leaderboard spamming from themselves

    There are countless threads about this topic. It's a very unpopular feature, but the good news is that in the latest ESO live, they said that the developers are currently working on a way to make the notifications optional. It's the first time ZoS has even really acknowledged the issue, so it's good news.

    They need to work on a way to make it optional?... im no expert but ZoS you could possibly put in an option button to turn them off? Just thinking off the top of my head although im no crazy experienced developer or anything....
