Had an old cart with 3 broken wheels creep past me earlier.
Checked 2 other characters. All supposed to be Warp 9 Scotty speed and they are slower than Zenimax admitting there is a problem.

Elad13✭✭✭I don't think they announce all bug fixes...matter of fact I don't think they have to...since I don't exploit character bugs it doesn't effect me...but since your on the forums don't be so lazy has to check other threads since it effects your exploit.0

Works fine for me when I use my test set (normally I play with Seducer).
Other players have mentioned a bug with it not applying bonuses, which ZOS is apparently looking into.

heyguyslol✭✭✭I'm not a NB and I don't particularly like the class but I personally don't have a problem with the stacking, so I think it should stay. Any player using this combo is giving up Offensiveness for Defensiveness as I see this combo more of a defensive measure. Way to much QQ'ing on these forums, cry me a river alrdy.@heyguyslol

✭I have the same setup on my Vampire Nightblade Khajiit alt "Cat Er Roh", Night's Silence 5 pc, Vampire Dark Stalker Passive and Concealed weapon on my bar and you move so Fast I have to change out a armor piece before combat because I was bumping into enemies (PvE) that I was trying to sneak kill

Vampire weaknesses are balanced by vampire skills and passives.
Realistically, they're probably using Mark Target, making Surprise Attack over Concealed Weapons not very beneficial in the first place.
You'd probably want to use, what, five-piece Hunding's Rage instead of Night's Silence? So by giving up 24 weapon damage, an overcharge-able stat, you deserve to move faster than horses while invisible?Edited by Maverick827 on August 29, 2014 9:53PM0 -
