Kuta from Hirelings

There have been many discussions on receiving Kuta from hirelings. It has been suggested that this might be tied to points in Aspect Extraction passive in Enchanting. I personally went almost two months without receiving one then decided to try it and put some points in aspect extraction and received a Kuta a couple days later. I'm curious what other people have found. Of course this could be 100% RNG but it would be fun to see the trends.

I don't think the trend will actually reveal anything except that statistically anyone spending points on a hireling is likely to have spent points in other areas of the Enchanting craft - but FWIW I voted.

At least in my case I took the points out of it when I respecced because getting Ta back once you are able to make all of the Glyphs isn't really valuable, and the only glyphs I break down anymore are whites that I find. Some people mentioned not getting them for a long period of time and said after they put the points back in that skill they started receiving them. Of course I have no proof of the correlation but I stopped receiving them right around when I respecced and dropped that skill and put points back in as a test and got a Kuta a couple days later, that was the first one in over a month and a half. It could all be RNG I was just curious what others have seen.

I have four alts with enchanting leveled up. Two at 50 and all skills maxed, two at over 32 and some points in enchant skills, all with emcjhanting hirelings 3/3. After few weeks of gathering hireling emails, i am quite confident that Kuta needs points to aspect. Also potency scales similarly. Even with aspect maxed, Kuta drops rarely. From three hirelings maybe once per week, but there are empty weeks with no Kuta.

I wouldn't say I get them 'all the time', but I do get them pretty regularly from my hireling at Enchanting 50.

I recieved exactly 1 Kuta since the beginning of ESO with 0 points in aspect extraction.

I have never recieved Kuta from hirelings with no points in Aspect Extraction

I have two enchanters with lvl 40+ skill.

The first enchanter has level 43 enchanting and has all the passives (except keen eye), and has received 2 Kutas in the last week.

The second enchanter has level 40 enchanting, and has the same passives except he has 0 points in aspect extraction. He has never received a kuta. He attained max aspect improvement two weeks ago, and attained level 40 one week ago. He has had 3/3 in hirelings for over a month.
