Cadwell's Gold and Skill points... am I bugged or just recalling incorrectly?

I've always been under the impression that the Cadwell's Silver and Cadwell's Gold objectives grant skill points (usually 5 or 6 of them in each zone). Lately though, my VR8 toon hasn't been receiving skill points for completing those quest objectives. It started halfway through VR7 (more accurately, that's when I noticed it). Coincidentally, it started right after I had a vamp player bite me and finished the quest to become a vamp.
Has anybody else noticed this? Or have I just been incorrect in the notion that those quests reward skill points?

KariTR✭✭✭✭✭Yeah they do grant skill points.
However, I am sure when I completed a couple I didn't get any notification and may well have not received a skill-point either. However, I have such an excess (nearly 60 right now), that it wasn't a number I was keeping my eye on.1 -
I'm only on silver; each of the Cadwell quests has given me a skill point, so far. Just starting Eastmarch (4th zone of silver for AD)NA MegaServer

2/3 of them don't. Once you get to EP V3 Zone, you only seem to get 1/2 Skill Point per zone.
How do DC/AD experience this? Do the skill points vanish after V2 zone?

The Cadwell's Almanac quest chains are basically the main faction quests in the area, but only the absolutely central plotline quests grant skillpoints, same as when you leveled up in your faction.----

kitsinni✭✭✭✭✭I think there are three skill point quests per zone. Usually those quest are part of the Cadwell's series. I think there may be a couple here and there that are not actually part of the main story so Cadwell's may not cover 100% of those quests, but I am not positive. I don't remember getting more than three skill points in a zone though.1

This is the answer you're looking for. You get 1 skillpoint per zone as you finish the main quest, and also get the quest for the next zone. ✭Not all of them do, actually what gives them are the core quests in the 15pt achievements like "Matchmaker" as an example. It is the theme of the zone, in that case the theme was marriage and while 3 of the quests were related to hitching Old Silvy, Balarata wasn't.“Whatever.”
