mainstory finished and really dissapointed of no faction selection

ok i play mainly my AD templar and my DC nightblade,i finished my nightblade story line and needed to do it as i whasnt getting any xp being vet1 now,so i played the entire night and grinded coldharbour to get my achievements that i focus on and did the final mainquest.now i have finished my final quest and wanted to start the quest in the EP faction but!!!! to my suprise and MAJOR dissapointment im not able to choose the faction i wanna play in,i just get set in the AD side and im not able to quest in the EP side.imreally like WTF???ZOS!!''?? i already did thoose *** quests in full i wanna play the EP quests not AD i already done AD on my templar.why are you ZOS make the choise of faction for us??after the mainstory line!i emidiatly logged of when this happend and i am mad as hell that i cant play EP side AND WONT BE PLAYING MY NIGHTNLADE UNLESS ITS PVP OR CRAIGLORN UNTILL THIS IS FIXED

This won't be "fixed" no matter how much you cry about it. This is how they are keeping you playing with the rest of the members of your faction in the vet levels. If they let you choose your next faction, that would split all the DC vets between AD 1-5 and EP 1-5, making the VR levels seem even less populated than they are now.

EDIT: I give you a 9/10 for the rant though. I actually LOLed.

if they did let you choose(and I do think they should) they would have to make that one alliance be VR1-VR10. like the guy above me said, splitting everyone up like that would depopulate veteran zones even further.

i dont think depopulasation is an issue when it comes to teso as almost all quests you wanna do alone anyways apart from public dungeons and dungeons for wich we have the groupfinder.and allot of ES players if not all like to feel alone in the world during solo play

I feel for you. I have 3 characters, two in the AD who are Crafters, and one in the DC who is not. My AD's sat at level 20 for a long time as I played the DC guy. Then I decided that I needed to level my crafters so I took them through their AD zones, one right after the other.

Then I go and beat Molag Bal with my DC character. Only to start Caldwells Silver and be thrown into Vulkhel Gaurd.....

I feel for you, I stopped levelling my alts in other factions when I saw the way the vet system was going.

I haven't been bothered by redoing the factions, and have alts in every faction, after having already done everything on my main. DC is kind of boring, but it was boring the first time through. I look forward to Alik'r, though.

The whole vet leveling grind is really poor IMHO. I have 2 characters at VR1 and one at VR3.

I have resigned myself that my tank VR3 will stay there for a long time as I only really enjoy playing with him in the VR dungeons and PVP as a group. My VR1 sorc will stay there as I don't really like playing him, and my VR1 NB will be my main that I level as I only really enjoy PvE with him (and dungeons as well as PvP).

To me a solution would be MORE VET EXP in group dungeons and PvP. Zeni needs to give us a choice on HOW we level our VET characters. I am certainly NOT going to go through all alliance storylines on all my characters. I can barely make it through the grind on ONE.
