They aren't going to answer the question if they don't have a definitive answer. They clearly aren't planning on implementing these services, but they haven't ruled out adding them in the future. You aren't going to get an official statement for things like that, regardless of what language you ask in.

So your good with people being rude to you. The question was asked, its a valid question, and does not have to have an official answer, but they could make an answer saying they have nothing specific at the time, it would be an answer and not be rude by completely ignoring it.
