Are guild kiosks instanced for each faction?

When players hit veteran rank, they can go into a seperate phase of an enemy faction to quest. Is it the same for kiosks? Are we all actually competing for the same kiosks, or are we only competing within our own factions. Basically I'm asking if I'll ever see kiosks owned by guilds in another faction.

Nazon_Katts✭✭✭✭✭Kiosks are in all instances of the zone they are in, that includes the VR versions. So yep, you could come across an enemy alliance's kiosk , but most trading guilds are cross alliance anyways."You've probably figured that out by now. Let's hope so. Or we're in real trouble... and out come the intestines. And I skip rope with them!"5
