Character craft banks.. what do you think?

Wouldn't it be neat if we could buy, make, quest, or earn a craft-specific storage facility for individual toons? So you can keep your hundred and one ingredients in a fridge, or a lumber yard, or whatnot.

Its IMPOSSIBLE to do all crafts on one account in a way that doesn't involve keeping a spreadsheet of ingredient storage on character slots taken up not with playing alts, but storage alts.

    Impossible? No ...

First, you don't need a spreadsheet of who has what if you organize your storage mules correctly.

Secondly, i have been playing and leveling each of my storage alts (4 mules, 4 main chars).
Whenever i play with a mule alt, i simply move his/her storage inventory temporarily to another character.

Between all my toons, i have well over 1000 inventory slots, plenty to hold anything i'm interested in.

Sounds like a possibly cool idea depending on how it panned out.

Hate to bring up another game's system, but I did really like the way GW2 handled crafting items. They all had a spot in my bank separate from the rest of my storage, made things way more organized.

Because logging in and out of Mule Alts shuffling things around is why I pay a sub fee.....

If we can make ourselves over 1000 slots, why can't ZOS provide us with a 500 Slot Bank? Then I can spend more time playing and less time managing inventory.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Would i welcome more bank/inventory slots? Trophies and vanity items not taking up bank space? Separate crafting bags?

Sure i would, but the current inventory management is not *that* bad.
I still find plenty of time for actually playing the game.

Root Canals are not that bad either, but not something I want to do all the time.

I've had a few of those and i can tell you from personal experience, the current ESO inventory management hassle is *nothing* like having a root canal done.

    Hyperbolizing much lately?

Now here is something that will get me lots of LoL on the forum and people calling me crazy and people wanting to do all sorts of things to me.

If @Zos were to give us a 500 bank for the account, then they could easily do that if they take away 60 personal bag spaces pr alt, that would about give us the same amount of space totally.
We're born, we live, we die. And along the way, you do the best with whatever crap you step in :p

I'm stranded all alone in the gas station of love, And I have to use the self-service pumps <3

Motivation alone is not enough. If i had an idiot with me and i motivated him, then i will have a motivated idiot to do stuff :s

At least with a root canal, I am numbed with Novocaine. During my last two, I feel asleep during the process.

If I was hyperbolizing, I would say that dealing with inventory space limitations would be like getting hit over the head with a baseball bat while being naked and dragging myself across broken glass. I think the Root Canal analogy is appropriate to the frustration of being pulled out of the quest or a group to go deal with it. In that the limitation is an arbitrary decision to force social interaction.

The worst part of the inventory limitation is because it's supposed to encourage interaction between players for crafting. All it does is make me interact with my Mules.
