Lately i crefted some armor and bought some jewlery choosing particular combinations of sets so as to achieve the highest possible health regeneration for my level 46 char. That is about 80+ before overcharging. But once i entered Cirodil my health regeneration dropped to about 45 and to my surpise that number didn't change by removing said armor pieces and jewels.(i expected it to go lower. In fact it was like all those items offering +10 health reg. didn't exist). Only with potions and skills i could raise that stat. Yet other jewels like those that give lower stamina or magicka requirements for skills worked as expected.
So does anyone know if this is intended to work this way or if it is a bug? And also does it happen only to pre veteran characters or does it affect also veteran players?
