Missing MSVCR110.dll reinstalled multipule timess

So whenever i try to launch eso i now have to launch the actual game and bypass the launcher. So when ever i have to install an update i must uninstall and re install the game which someone only take a minute. I do not have eso installed on my c drive but on my other drive. Whenever i try to launch eso from the launcher located in 
\launcher i get this message. http://i.imgur.com/Y6hZCPO.jpg i can not close this since it will infinity come back up so i either have to restart or hide it on my other monitor in a corner. I only get this message in eso and my windows is up to date.

Blo0dstorm✭✭✭The 'Missing MSVCR110.dll' error seems to be a very common issue.
A msvcr110.dll should be present in your system32 folder and in your SysWOW64 folder if your OS is a 64 bits one.
Both of those folders are located in your Windows folder.
If this file is missing you can either
- install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4, following tomshardware's recommendation
- download the missing dll and put it in the required folder (not recommended but sometimes works)
