Is the ability to respec just your morphs still coming? The devs had mentioned it at Quakecon that they would add this in. Thought it was coming with 1.3.4 when they put the respec cost to its new normal level, but unfortunately it is not in.

I didn't see anything about this in the Dev road ahead article.
