Hi there,
i just gained the achievement: Treasure Chest Hunter 1.000/1.000 looted any Treasure Chests and im a little disappoint about it. while playing from early accses until now, i got 5points rewarded and thats it. many 5 point achievements, like the fishing ones gives a dye too. compared to another achievement like Truly Legendary i get 50 points plus a dye for less playing needed.

✭✭✭✭Be glad you got it at all. This is another one I'm pretty sure that usually doesn't register the count right.
Haven't explicitly kept count, but pretty sure the number reflected in mine and a friend's bar is way low.Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS2 -

JessieColt✭✭✭✭Hopefully this will be changed when they bring on board the Thieves Guild. I too would like to see a better reward for the Chest Achievement.
A dye, maybe makes chests glow like Keen Eye does for crafting.
Personally, I would rather see a higher number than 1000, maybe 5000 or 10000 and get rewarded with an unbreakable lockpick

I can't even remember the last time i broke a lockpick. I usually give away stacks of 100 of them to guild members since you can't sell them to merchants for gold.

TRIP233✭✭✭Yeah I just got it the other day too. Took a very long time to get it. I agree it should have came with a tittle like "Booty Looter". I think @ThoradinBloodfire is on to something.1 -
traigusb14_ESO2✭✭✭✭✭Actually that is a staged one, so it wasn't just 5 pts.
If it has more than 1 box under it you get points each step (some staged achievements give more points for each step, 5,10,15,20).
5 for opening 10 chests, then 5 more for 50, then 5 for 100 and 5 for 1000. So you actually got 20 pts., just not all at once.1 -

✭✭True you can pick them up while playing, but I'm still only at 350 or so at VR 6. So at some point I'm going to do some serious treasure hunting.-

1 unbreakable lockpick takes up the same amount of inventory space as 100 breakable ones, so what's the point? I'd rather the reward be that you get more gold and greater chance to find blue and purple items in random chests.
I think they're already doing that with the Champion points system though, instead of via achievements.

Personally, I would like to see them move Motiff's to be random loot from lockpicked chests instead of cabinets and trunks.
As for the unbreakable lockpick, it would be similar to the skill you could get in Skyrim, but instead of taking up an inventory slot, it could reside in the same place that the Pick axe does for Harvesting Ore.
