No such thing as a locked jewelry enchantment?

Before Update 3, I had one alt who stored jewelry with enchantments that couldn't be replaced and one who stored jewelry that I could apply enchantments to.
Now, I can't remember who's who. Both have lots of jewelry, but neither one seems to have any jewelry with unreplaceable enchantments.

Isibis✭✭✭They removed enchantment locks from all gear in update 3. If you still want to know which character was which, all drop sets, such as warlock, used to have locked enchants.0 -
