Hello, I am looking for advice here. I am stuck on the quest "The Prismatic Core." I am level 23 and cannot advance the quest line. My only other options at this point are to abandon the quest which I would really prefer not to do because it is a rather in depth quest that I am very near completing.

I traveled to the Earth forge with Meric, where I fought my way through to the forge itself. I build the small, medium, and large fires - defended the forge, then killed Queen Palolel. We crafted the crystal, and Meric then expresses his concern for a character named "Aelif" and asks to go outside and find her. She is marked on the compass with a white marker, at which point I now proceed out of the forge to find Aelif.

My journal shows the current task is "Find Aelif." I walk outside the forge, and I am standing directly in front of Aelif now. The talk button lights up, but when I press E - nothing happens. She is marked on my compass, but there is no marker directly over her character head. I restarted the client, left the forge and re-entered, I tried talking to the Meric again - I am completely baffled. The only thing the journal says is to "Find Aelif" which I clearly have done. The questline appears to be stuck unless there is something I am missing.

Can anybody provide any insight before I resort to abandoning the quest? Any help is appreciated.
