A new casual Oceanic Guild on the NA server
We are a newly created Oceanic Guild that is completely casual in nature and very Oceanic friendly. In our first 24 hours we already have over 20+ members and are actively recruiting to create a Guild that Oceanic peeps can call upon at those odd hours when the Northern world is sleeping.
Of course, however, we do have members that are not Oceanic based and welcome everyone into the Guild regardless of your real life location. We play on the North American server and hope to actively PVE and PVP as the Guild grows in size and we build a nice foundation.
Although most of us play in the Aldmeri Dominion we have members from both EP and DC and are happy to have non-Dominion supporters. However we do fight for the Queen in Cyrodiil.
We already have a website and are hoping to open our Guild store at some point in the near future. The only requirement we ask of our members is to have fun and being completely casual in nature there are no Guild based requirements that members must participate in.

UPDATE: The Guild is growing daily and we now have 50+ members and are on the verge of having our teamspeak up and running. The Guild has become nice and social and have just unlocked our Guild Store. A nice little celebration for us.
UPDATE #2: The Guild is now a week old and is hovering around 85 members and has become a nice little social Guild. Our Teamspeak server is also now up and running.

Sounds good so far and kudos on the website
Just a few quick questions:
-Do people need to apply through your website as well as through this forum (or be asked to register through the website later)?
-Do you run (or plan on) running any weekly group events ie PVE questing in Craglorne for less casual members? (thought it'd be worth asking)
-Will you be running all guild communication/sign ups for groups in-game or will members be req to use the guild website regularly or facebook/twitter?
-Have you already started ranking guild members (Other than waiting periods on brand new people to make sure the guild bank doesn't get robbed)? If so how are guild ranks decided?

You don't have to apply via the website if you don't want to. You're more then welcome to just leave your in game name/username here and I can easily invite you that way. At this point in time I don't have anything organised so this question is a good one as I don't have a solid answer at this point in time. Though I am considering which option will be best for the Guild in general. As the Guild is only a single week old no one I have recruited into the Guild has been promoted as of yet. I'm going to have a 2 week period where a member must be in the Guild before they stand any chance of receiving a promotion. As far as the Guild Bank is concerned, only I and those I really trust will be able to withdraw anything. At the moment all our members can deposit and all someone needs to do is send me a whisper and I'll happily take something out. I totally understand the issues with an open bank so from the start that was one of the things I was not wanting for this Guild.

And to answer your question, at the moment no, we're not but I haven't ruled it out as being a possibility in the future if I find a Guild my Guild can partner up with.
