Sorcerer class easiest?

I am an older gamer, slow on multitasking and not very up with all the details with DPS, armour, best builds and abilities to use. I sort of wing it but feel I am slowly get a grasp of the mechanics.
I am an old fart too. I could care less about DPS and optimized builds. If the mobs die before I do, then I am doing enough DPS. I do care about being efficient with my resources, but that is just so I have enough to handle the next fight without having to quaff a potion all the time.
That being said, I would say a Dragon Knight is easiest character to play. However, I am successful with my NB and Sorc too. I just play them differently than the DK (sneak before attacking with the NB, and stay the heck back with the Sorc). I have not rolled a Templar so I can't speak to that.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
