It might be a good Idea to have an event of some sort or even a quest that would allow a character at a certain level to change faction once. I started in Ebonheart Pact and joined a local guild from my country and realized all of them were in Daggerfall covenant. Of course I`m also part of other EP guilds but I think it would be great to have that option. A good place to implement that choice would be after we defeat Molag Bal. We set all 3 factions in temporary peace to set an attack on Coldharbour and have make contacts and friends amongst those factions (Story wise I`m talking about NPCs here even tough it is only the mage`s guild and fighters guild we still got in touch with the leaders of each.)
I`m saying this because im a bit egoist and would like to change my character to join Daggerfall to play with my friends and not have to restart a character all over again just for that.

can you imagine trying to go form vet lvl Reapers March to vet lvl of something you already did at lvl 40? Sounds rather silly to do the exact same quest chain?
You'd miss so much content.
This isn't World of Warcraft. No offense meant to Blizz and their games but I don't want them to put resources on this. Not when they can make housing and Justice system.This is were my signature would be if I was allowed one.2 -

✭✭I play all three factions, and I just can't support this, if you want to play a faction, roll a character foir that faction.People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!

✭✭✭I don't agree with faction change but I think all instanced PVE content should allow you to invite characters from the other faction. You would see an extremely unbalanced PvP situation. I'm not sure if you are talking real world money or gold in game. If gold in game then that would be a problem since you are rewarded with gold for being in the winning alliance anyway. If it is real life cash that would be the last day I play this game.0 -

Completed Cadwell Silver ? Gratz, as a reward you can now group for vet dungeons with Veteran daggerfailians
Completed Cadwell Gold ? Gratz, you can now group for vet dungeons with Aldemri.
Only for Veteran Content of course.
Also, Craglorn. The whole concept of craglorn should allow for different factions to team up within the dungeons or even, I dare say, trials.
As for faction changes ? NO.
Cooperation between alliances in PVE ? YES

Once the main is finished, you should at least be able to group with other factions in areas you have access to.
This would be beneficial for new zones and group dungeons, as well.
The story line already accounts for this as your "true nature" is disguised.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS1
