Weapon swap bug and now simultaneously skills greyed out!

Since the last major Update, (1.3…something, start of Aug) I’ve been experiencing the weapon swap bug. Prior to that only some small buggy quests but nothing show stopping.
Now, since Mondays maintenance (this week) I’m get the weapon swap bug and simultaneously some (not all) of the skills on the skill bar are greyed out so can’t use them.
I can handle the fairly consistent swap lag, but For me this whole issue is getting worse not better.
Any ideas?
BTW, I run one addon only – Zrminimap, which is updated. May disable it and test.

The weapon swap issue I experienced, which from what I gather is not dissimilar to what many others have experienced is a client side issue.
Check your local game setup, this issue can be fixed quite simply.
After testing in the weekend I could create the issue and resolve it repeatedly.

Tamanous✭✭✭✭✭I am pretty much not bothering to swap weapons in combat. I've been killed too many times because my weapon becomes stuck AND can't use any [snip] abilities. I simply want to put a level or 2 in and relax and it turns into spending thousands of gold for repairs for situations I would never normally die in.
Ability lock has been an issue for 2 major patches now and I haven't even seen ZOS admit this is an issue yet. That is different than weapon swap bugs as it happened to me when I only had one weapon.
Templar's puncturing strikes and morphs still also lock up and this is outside of any other bug discussed. I can pound on that ability and it simply will not fire. If lucky it may go off in a lag-like way several seconds AFTER combat is finished. Only ability I have that acts that way.

✭✭✭✭I've encountered the occasional bug where I couldn't swap in combat. But I've never seen skills greyed out unless I inadvertently put a new weapon in that slot and the weapon skills on the bar were for a different weapon type.0 -

NorthernFury✭✭✭✭This, and Streak bugging out during gameplay and no longer teleporting me forward are my two biggest pet peeves with the game right now.

Fleymark✭✭✭✭✭If they could ever fix the issues with weapon swapping it would be really really cool.1

- skills greyed out
- textures missing of weapon
- complete switch of the weapons, having your main weapon skills with the texture of weapon 2
- complete character block, meaning not be able to do anything (mouse and keyboard)
- visual enchants (like fighters guild weapon enhance skill) that stay on your character while you swap weapon so you have a flame on your shoulders (staff) while dual wielding swords.
