So people just dont pop 500 heals and a 7000000 hp sheild after you hit them.
Or maybe give it to the Nights SIlence set. Sneak Attack criticals silence the target for 5 seconds or something.

Nihili✭✭✭Assassin ultimate works for me as a finisher. The rest of the battle is working the other guy's hp to about 30%.
I.e. it's worked as a high-ish instant DPS near the end of fight. I'm not too sure whether the Night's silence addition would be that much help, because you'd need to do it from sneak and who opens with an ultimate? You use your ultimate in the middle/end of a fight if things don't go your way…Just my take on it0
