I leave groups if they do this.. I don't mind partnering up with random people to do quests, but I guess I am too selfish because I like to read all the dialogue, I like to pick up quests when I see the glowing arrow, I like to harvest mats if I pass them by. I don't really like running from A to B, clicking through dialogue and racing to get quests done. I respect that some people like to level fast (or are leveling alts), but I just don't group with those people.

..and this is why random groups as opposed to friends fail. Bringing friends to a game is one thing....finding new ones in game is entirely different. Many are not compatible so we say. As you have demonstrated.
