I am just curious as to how many other people feel this way. I think that if they made what was here actually work right and make some minor changes to the over all flow of the game 1-V12 it would benefit them greatly in the long run. I personally hate hearing about new content while playing broken and or mediocre content.
One example from me is PvP running like a cold dog turd. I played DaoC and WAR ... I was really excited about the PvP in ESO ... til I tried to play it. Between the lag and log outs I have pretty much said screw it and have been waiting months to play what will probably be my favorite part of the game. Not only has it been broken the whole game but it keeps not getting fixed while new content is being worked on ... grrrr.

Now I know some of you are going to say "There are two different teams working on these things."

SO WHAT? Make them both work on the current game a bit! Anyway, my rant is done, am I alone in feeling this way or are there more angry monkeys out there?

They really should fix and polish the current game before adding more content. It is completely unacceptable for a game requiring a sub fee to have so many bugged/broken passives/skills, and yeah the lag in Cyrodiil is really bad for some reason.

So... content designers/creators should come working on pvp server performance? What a wonderful idea, maybe they should even bring the voice actors and sound guys in to help for a while.

That's kinda like asking your Sales department to stop making sales and instead go help out the IT department code the new database for the business.

Maybe they should ... the people doing have not been fixing it .. maybe they can! /sacrcasm If Dumbledore can't fix it who can?

I would also like to state that this is NOT an angry I am going to unsub post. This is an observation I have made that I think would benefit both the players and the sales of this game.

If the IT department was making everything terrible you had better damn well believe I would tell some sales people to go help in whatever fashion they can ..... even though this is not a good comparison AT ALL. That other team you are talking about is the team that designed this stuff @Tabbycat it would not be unreasonable to make them take another look at it and make changes ... jeebus effin chrish.

    Specious argument is specious.

Somebody has to make the coffee.

Just because somebody has a specific job on 'Team "A" ' does not demand they must do and can only do that very same job on 'Team "B" '.
The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.

Why not.... someone has to make tea/coffee.

    @ OP
L2P ? ...nope not that one.
    Because MMO ? ...well maybe.

Seriously though.. Its not limited to PVP although you get the worst of it. PVE suffers when the EU servers are busy too.
Sanguines demesne last night it was 1 snapshot every 60 seconds after error kicked twice and running around beforehand... undetected by enemies for 5 minutes.
There were eventually enemies dead ..and me dead. I have no idea what took place between being alive and dead though. Must have been some party I missed pmsl.

The only conclusion I can draw is servers cant handle the load or insufficient network capacity.
Neither of which is a place we want to be.

Yes. Some people may be a able to do multiple task and probably they already do at ZOS. For the vast majority though, even the person may be knowledgeable enough to change tasks the time and effort required to do it may be to great especially so far along a project. Not to mention the effect on productivity of changing personnel around. Hiring some specialists would probably be a better idea.
