yeah, its time to take a break. you've given it an awesome ride. perhaps when you come back all those irritants will have been taken care of. I hear you on some of your concerns, mark me as afk for a bit as well.

dont pvp and not sure about pve but i guess pve is easy as I am a templar healer/bow dps highbred and i tend to be in content 4-5 levels above me and its not too hard. Lv 41.
I expected this exact thing to happen for the first year. imbalanced classes, bugs, bots, and the host of other great ideas that are not so great once tested live on thousands of players in a living breathing world.
I say give it a year - April 2015-august 2015 and as long as the this game stays at a healthy subscription I suspect it will be well ironed out by that time providing they dont do something so dumb everyone jumps ship (adding more VR levels every 3-4 months comes to mind-add them yes but not 4 times a years!).

Umm... Enjoy your extended leave. Is that what you wanted to hear? Or did you want Paul Sage to enter this thread, apologize for your issues and offer you 100m In-Game Gold to compensate you?

Log in for your hirelings/horse feed/research so when you return you aren't too far behind. There will be a 9th Trait. If you think the game is too easy, Respec and don't pick any Armor Passives. Use 4 abilities instead of 3. Participate in the hard parts of the game like Trials and Archives. Those are hard!

And pugging in PVP both is boring, and doesn't help the war effort much. You get bored and do nothing to help your team. Get Teamspeak and start "LF Teamspeak Group" spamming. Things work much better when people are coordinated.

Tell you what - I'm sure you meant your quip to be absurd, and it did make me smile! However, if Mr. Sage were to make the time to randomly jump in on at least SOME player posts with just some basic explanations - not debating anyone etc, just communicate -- the impact on players would be noticeable! The word would definitely spread - "Hey, Sage posted some comments in the forums this week!" That and/or some major dev comments in the General Discussion sections.

Again, not to let players debate them about minutia but just the regular if occasional answer to some of the most asked questions - stam regen, PvP issues, housing -- you know, both important qol player questions as well as the fluff subjects. Wow. That would be awesome. How long would it take for him to select a forum poster to 'highlight' their question, just randomly like say once or twice a month? You know, that tried and true 'make the customer feel special without really allowing it to be a staff time-eater' idea?

You do know that every 3 months = 4 times a year?

Wow, what valuable feedback. You've really highlighted some specific problem areas that ZOS needs to work on.

I've always hated those replies about "just respec....remove passives" if you really want to get your monies worth, then play 1 quest a month using a different weapon....spend the other 3 weeks gathering crafting mats. Oh and also don't use dodge or block and go with out armor.....yeah yeah....don't use the map for anything and never walk on a road....it's like saying if you want a real challenge then play pay man blindfolded and with your off hands pinky only.
I know if you want to make the game fun....play hide and seek...yell out in zone for someone to find you and you will give them 5000 gold for finding you....that will surely add days on end of zos rated excitement.

Exactly, I've read these types of 'THE WORLD IS ENDING!' threads since beta, and I only have so much patience for it. If you want to get all upset and criticize ESO for whatever reason, give the reader the respect they deserve and actually WRITE WHAT YOUR ARE UPSET ABOUT! We're not mind readers.

If it's too much work explaining yourself, it's too much work for the rest of us to give a crap.

I take a break from this game from time to time. Nothing wrong with it. I have a bunch of other games on backlog as well, so I plan breaks from the game periodically. I don't expect much change over a month or so unless there is a major update upcoming, though.

LOL? Me questioning his post is being a fanboi now?

Let's analyze his post for a second here, the words that I initially responded to...
Alright. So I have been playing ESO since launch. I suffered through the bugs, the bots and the broken aspects of gameplay. But enough is enough now. This is by no means a "I'm quitting thread, but it is a "I need a extended break from ESO" thread.

He has been playing since launch, me too!
He suffered through the bugs, me too!
He suffered through the bots, me too!
He suffered through the broken aspects of gameplay, me too!

But, enough is enough.... hmm, wait, enough is enough?

Then the obligatory "this is not a quit thread" part.

My point is that I have no idea what this guy is talking about when he says enough is enough. I would have assumed the bugs, bots, and broken aspects of gameplay, but he mentioned having suffered through that already. So, I was confused what exactly had set this guy off, why he was taking a break from the game. It crossed my mind that perhaps the newest patch had caused some problems that I had not yet experienced or heard about.

At that point I realized that I'm giving this poorly composed thread WAY too much thought and consideration, and instead of trying to unravel the mystery of it, I just made some sarcastic remarks about it being valuable feedback, to which I was told I should know all the problems with this game.
