Should some items not take bag and bank space

With the new loyalty system clearly stating the first item is a pet I want to know if they can stop taking bag space. I suggest disguises and pets both should not take space.

As for treasure maps, i left them in the original container they came in and only remove them one by one when needed. Since the explorer pack was a one time thing, i don't mind that at all.
However, what i *do* mind is that i can't put those map containers in the bank so i'm stuck with them on whatever character i used to look at that mail way back when. That is pretty annoying!

✭✭Make both take no space.They could maybe give us a bunch of slots to insert special containers into, or make the special containers tabs of the regular bag (that don't take from our regular bag space) and let us upgrade the sizes of each of these special containers, so it's still one of their precious goldsinks.- Suitcase = for costumes
- Pet Carrier Case = for our pets
- Fishing Tackle Box = for fishing bait
- Trophy Case = for the trophies we get from dungeons
- Crafting Supplies = for crafting materials
We could either learn to make varying sizes of these containers ourselves through regular crafting (would be something cool to make and sell through our guild stores which would boost the economy), or if they're given to us as upgradeable tabs we just have them innately and upgrade them at a special NPC same as we buy bag space.

Auricle✭✭✭✭✭Make both take no space.I am a crafter and I would love to see separate "bags" for Runes, Ore, Cloth, Plants and Wood as well as what @babylon has suggested.
And, please ZoS, for the love of the Sky Daddy, please make glyphs stackable. This alone would make me, and so many others, so very, very happy.

- Bag space from 60-110 is 38,500g.
- Pack horse will only cost 12250 to max the Inv boost but it will take you 980 hours (if you hit it perfectly every 20 hours) but then the horse costs 42,700g to start with...
- Bank space 70-240 costs.....*deep breath* 768,500g
Total cost = 861,950g plus huge amount of time. (just for 1 char)
As you can see for the normal gamer the odds on this happening are possibly sometime in 2016.
This game almost encourages Farming/hacking/botting in most game mechanics.Being First is not the prize, it just mean's everyone can stab you in the back.1 -

I agree 100%. Because all characters share the same bank space, I think everyone should get 240 slots free - period. I'm up to 170 slots and the next ten are going to cost me 55,000 gold. I'm not Bill Gates of the Dominion.
I want to get into crafting various armor sets; under the current banking system, I can only do this by using other characters as mules which really sucks.
There are SOOOOO many bad design decisions, and bugs in this game, I'm getting closer and closer each day to just canceling my subscription. The more I play the less fun that I'm having.3 -

Disguises are an option in quests, not a requirement. Space management adds a little depth to that option and would be entirely absent if disguises were not a physical item requiring to be carried/equipped.
Vanity pets. I may be biased as I find the pet-on-a-string a little irritating and if given a vote would have them removed from game entirely. Being part of inventory management serves to keep the population of the critters from exploding to unreasonable levels. They should never get a free ride.2 -

I and others said in the beta that these items shouldn't take up space (or should function differently to not need to take up space), but you can see where that suggestion went.Both should take up space.
