I occurred to me that it wasnt said what will happen to VR zones with introduction of the new champion system.
Will it be challenging once more? And if it is revamped, could my VR character do it again? Despite I finished most of quests in there?

From what I gathered, Veteran ranks as a number stays on each individual character so you still need to get them to Veteran XX to equip the different tiered equipment and so on, basically nothing there changes. What the Champion system will do is give you separate bonus skill line that uses up Champion points instead of skill points that become available at VR1 for each character, the number of points you have is equal to how many veteran ranks you have accumulated across all your characters.

Correct, this is also what I believe will happen based on Quakecon panels and Interviews. They wont remove VR but give us actual rewards for it.
That said it can still change a lot, I honestly don't expect the Champion System to go live before late 2014 or even early 2015.

This has been debated and it was cleared up in previous thread. VR is going away in stage 3. In stage two and one it still exists. Eventually it will be nixed completely, however.

Could you please post a link to an official reply about that matter? Because at Quakecon they said something totally different.

Oh my Stendarr...
Here is a copy-paste of my post in the thread from less than 24 hours ago that deals in the two most pertinent direct quotes regarding the system:
Reading is your friend, everyone. If people had actually read the full text of the interview and the full text of this thread, there wouldn't be questions.
The interview:We are going to get rid of Veteran points - Veteran ranks are going to be gained through experience point gain. That means instead of going through and having to worry about whether you're gaining Veteran points in this way you'll have a very predictable path and actually faster path through your Veteran ranks. That's the second phase and also coming in that phase - and very important - is the fact that you'll get bonus experience. If you haven't played for awhile -say you haven't played for 20 hours or something like that you'll get a bonus to the experience gains you get and the reasons were doing this is to help you stay in sync with your friends who might play more than you do - so we're adding a bonus for people who don't play as frequently
The second phase. Second phase. Second. Phase.
In prior interviews, they were clear about the transition being a three-step process, with phase 3 being the introduction of the Champion System.
Now, regarding the Champion System:ZOS_GinaBruno wrote: »Once the Champion System has been fully rolled out, it will replace Veteran Ranks. Don't worry, we'll go into much more detail as we get closer to releasing this new system. It's still being developed, though, so there are still some unknowns.
Everyone clear now?
Phase 3 is the introduction of the Champion System is the elimination/conversion of VR levels. Paul Sage was never talking about that in the interview paragraph that started this whole mess.

this is one of the posts commenting on it, you can travel to the thread from there and see the entire discussion with some screenshots of comments elsewhere from a twitch feed or something.

Thanks for posting this, Ginas response was from the end of July which was after Quakecon so I guess they changed their mind in that one week.
This however makes it questionable why VR 16 is supposed to be coming with the new AVs later that year.
Honestly I am not fully convinced yet as Paul was determine to point out that they only remove the VR points and not the ranks and a VR 16 vid was shown a while ago as well. Oh well, I guess we will see what happens in a few months.
