Is this zone inevitable?

After a discussion in-game yesterday several of us came to this conclusion...
With the focus later in the game on cooperation / team play of Craglorn, the competitive PvP of Cyrodiil, both combined with the "skill" and patience required for fishing ... Is this zone inevitable?
OK, so we had a laugh. Then thought. Wait a sec. A "games" zone wouldn't be so bad, in a Romanesque way.
An arena to duel in, chariot and / or horse racing, training yards with dummies.
There's probably other "mini-games" and the like that would benefit from someplace they can go and not intrude on the current world, that all levels could access.
(The idea of mini-golfing my way through a miniature Nirn still tickles me though. That volcano obstacle in Morrowind is difficult!)

Honestly, now - this would be awesome.
I'd really like to see some kind of 'sandbox' support for players to create their own things too...
For example, two stages (one in front of the other) where players can 'vote' one or the other. Just vote... And then the one that 'loses' opens up over water.
There shouldn't be a pre-scripted purpose or anything. People would give it purpose. Dance show-offs, poetry contests, band battle, swearing contest, anything. But gives a few more 'sandbox' resources for fun!

Rogue gauntlets where there's traps, locks, and "inflatable Ogres" to sneak past to obtain the "treasure" at the end!
(Please note : "Dual welding rouge" is an ambidextrous, cross-dressing shipbuilder and probably NOT what you meant).
Use Wabbajack-like zap rods as our horde of "fully insulated armoured" goblin staff run towards you to win their freedom bonus pay!
Take on the Mighty Tharg and stand as champion of the ring / mound (until someone else beats the snot out of you)!
Catch the greasy piglet (A firm favourite for Nords I believe!)
Archery contests. Both distance accuracy and speed hunting arena!
(Do not worry! We only use the pelts of animals to hunt in this area - we ate the rest).

It is well known that Golf is Scottish.
it is also well known that Dwarves (and space Engineers) are Scottish.
I'm afraid all the ESO Dwarves are dead (and suspiciously elflike)
So all the Golf courses have been abandoned for hundreds of years.. and are overun by mechanical spiders... and probably Gophers.
You should be able to raid the pro shops and get all sorts of ugly cloth armor though!

✭✭✭✭✭I would like a "Gaming Zone" that I could go to and either bet on races, be in races, do some duels, gamble, whatever. A place to go to do things with my character that does not require full on violence all the time. Well, other than the Duels. They already have a place in Reapers March that they could expand for that.

OK, I have to say--that's brilliant. Perfect in that it's so flexible and player driven. They should drop a few of those in the major cities--it would be a blast, and once set up, players can make their own fun with no further input needed from Zeni.

The term Dwarves is a misnomer that comes from Nords (I think it was Nords?) interpreting Dwemer incorrectly. Dwemer literally translates to "Deep Elf" and are in fact descendants of the original Aldmer (not to be confused with Altmer). Dwarves as we know them from Tolkein-esque stories do not exist in Tamriel.
Also, there is no proof they are dead. Simply gone.
