stuck in group dungeons

Sometimes during and after a fight in a group dungeon I get stuck - one time my Teleport Strike miraculously helped, all the other times I had to relog. (Reloadui didn't help.) I haven't found similar threads on the forum, which probably means the problem lies in my PC...How can I find out what exactly is wrong? Does anyone else have the same issue?

When you say "stuck", do you mean "stuck in combat mode" or more "stuck with no possibility to move" ?
Did you try the /stuck emote ? Have you already try to repair your game ?
Are you using some addons ? If yes, can you try to play without them to see if you are still stuck in dungeons, please ?
Also, if you have the possibility to send a report directly in game, it would be helpful for our team to investigate your issue.
