Change 2H critical charge

Make the charge 80% crit or w.e, anything but a 100% crit because it isn't capable of getting a sneak bonus which makes 2h really only useful for sorcs that spam BE & charge. Oh also remove the cast time on wrecking blow.

✭✭✭✭✭Some abilities get sneak attack bonus, some do not. Charge-type abilities generally do not. It has nothing to do with crit chance. AFAIK, the only charge-type abiliy that gets sneak bonus is the nightblade teleport strike.0 -

Because if it was 80% rather than auto crit, impenetrable would stop it critting. It's a vary badly hidden nerf it's crit chance thread. Op must have been killed by it in PVP.0
