Hi Zenimax,

1) I would like to say that I am greatly looking forward to many of the future developments to ESO including the Justice System, Spellcrafting, and Champion System. But one thing I am particularly looking forward to is Facial Animations.

I have been holding off on advertising the game to my friends and letting them know that ESO right now is still in a stage that they might not consider to be "worth the money" so to speak. But the inclusion of Facial Animations to this game, I believe, will be one of the biggest factors to increasing the attractiveness of this game to those of us who play, not for the PVP, but for the PVE/TES lore. It will be a unique experience to ESO that no other MMO or TES game has (to my knowledge). Once Facial Animations have been implemented, I will start inviting those friends of mine who want to play ESO for its lore. If others feel the same as I do, that implementation may be a trigger for an increase in new player accounts.

2) Earlier this month, during the ESO subscription pay period, I just got done paying the bills and was left with no money in my account. This resulted in my ESO account closing until I was able to put in a credit card account. This is probably a moot worry but will this temporary close affect my standing for the loyalty program in any way?

4) Will there be another planned sale any time this year to coincide with any of the next updates?
