Quick question about Loyalty

Ok, so as none of you know, the past 2 weeks I ran out of game time and couldn't get around to getting my sub back.
So I was wondering if the counter reset and I have to be a sub for the next 3 months or if it continues going and I'll just get the loyalty item 2 weeks after those who have subbed for 3 months?

Eligibility for the High Hrothgar Wraith pet does not require that the three months of paid subscription time occur consecutively. Rather, every player that has paid for three months of game time in total will be eligible for this reward.8 -

Can you guys promise us something. That these rewards or whatever item, ONLY will be vanity stuff or whatever. NOTHING that even slightly have any power effect on your char?
I sub from launch and more then likely will be here 6 month sub in 2-3 years.

I agree completely.
