Update 4 questions

will we still be getting new sets in up date 4. will the bosses be reitemized as paul sage has said would happen. currently there is noting about this in update

"In phase 2, which arrive with Update 4 most likely. We will remove the Veteran Points system and have normal experience gains direct the growth of the Veteran System. Also, we’ll increase the amount of XP granted in PvP but we will add some measures to prevent farming."
These are direct quotes from paul sage. Will we be seeing these two things in update 4 as he clearly stated.
We see no mention of this currently.

✭✭✭✭✭You can go onto the PTS, use a Template to build an uber character and see exactly what is going on.
However, except for Unique Drops, all loot drops come from a leveled list. Bosses may have their own leveled lists that are different from regular mobs, or maybe they pull from two or more different leveled lists. All they have to do is change the leveled list, and the loot drops will change for all bosses.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

You will get a new trait (spell resistance), solo dungeons get an overhaul (bigger), the dragonstar Arena with up to 10 waves, some group dungeons and a new trial + group quests.

i know the champion system is not coming. i am wondering if they intend to implement phase 2 of the transistion like Sage indicated.0
