The areas that require a group, should be limited to Deadric Realms of Oblivion as it makes more sense for people needing to group to take down the creatures there. Or make the grouping areas in an isolated area.
So.... Putting the GROUP areas (like craglorn) in Oblivion realms isnt what an MMO is? Alright.... I was speaking for the people who want to play solo and dont feel like being grouped 24/7.

A massively multiplayer online game (also called MMO and MMOG) is a multiplayer video game which is capable of supporting large numbers of players simultaneously. By necessity, they are played on the Internet.
Theres your description. What were you aiming for?
It makes no difference where they are, as long as the story of the area supports it. There are solo and group areas on Mundus, there are solo and group areas in Oblivion. Assigning group areas to Oblivion and solo areas to Nirn is unnecessarily arbitrary.
If grouping in Nirn worked properly this wouldn't be an issue.
So true. The two things that primarily need to be addressed:
Phasing vs grouping. So you can group with people in a different phase of the instance and help them with what they are doing (eg by having /traveltoplayer put you in the leader's phase until you leave the group).
Craglorn quest grouping. Anyone on any quest stage should be able to help someone on a specific quest stage. Only the members of the group with that specific quest stage get the credit for it, but anyone should be able to help complete it, whether they are at that stage or not.
