To elaborate more on the ultimates that were removed here are details on each race's ultimate prior to them being removed:
Altmer
Ultimate: Highborn- Increases magicka recovery by x for 15 seconds.
Argonian
Ultimate: Histskin - Increases health recovery by x for 15 seconds.
Bosmer
Ultimate: Summon Bear- Summons a bear to attack foes.
Breton
Ultimate: Dragon Skin- Temporary damage shield
Dunmer
Ultimate: Ancestral Guardian - Summons a guardian shade to protect the player.
Khajiit
Ultimate: Eye of Fear- Fear target. Affected target takes 5% additional damage from all attacks for 5 seconds.
Nord
Ultimate: Battle Cry - Increases outgoing damage for yourself and all nearby allies.
Orc
Ultimate: Berserker Rage- Temporarily increases damage you deal and decreases incoming damage.
Redguard
Ultimate: Power Charge- Temporarily increases character's power.
I believe these got scrapped long before the Imperials were a thing in ESO, so no information on what an Imperial racial ultimate would have been. Could you provide any insight into why these were scrapped so early on @ZOS_GinaBruno or @ZOS_JessicaFolsom ?
I'd be very interested to know if it is something that's been permanently scrapped due to balance concerns or just put on the backburner to rework them and be implemented at a later time?
We could use more ultimates... the current selection is very small and pretty boring to be honest. It is *partly* why so many use the Vampire ultimate... Yes it is good, but also the other options are just lacking.
