Whips/Flails/Throwing Knives/Mauls/Wands? Should they be added?

Should whips, flails, throwing knives,mauls and wands be added? Why not? please dont be ignorant and say no ONLY at least give a valid reason to this. The more of a variety this game has the better imo.

    A throwing weapon skill line would be interesting and could maybe work.

    Whip I just don't see working as a primary weapon, though more abilities that you can learn that use a whip for the animation maybe.

    Maul and flail aren't really different enough from existing weapons to work.

    Wands the way I understand it is while they do exist they never caught on since a staff has far more melee use and can better hold an enchantment.

    Pretty much as most racial blunt weapons fall between two handed mace, war hammer, and large club.

    There is already a Throwing Knife skill in the game.

    Under Weapons - Dual Wield - Hidden Blade

    Actually a VERY effective skill ;)

    Only Crossbows needs to be added now........oh go on then, Short Spears also. ;)

    And, there is the Flame Whip in the Dragon Knight Skill line. Of course that and Hidden Blade are mana based skills, not Stamina.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    my sister used to play the actual levels, because I hated replaying things. Then I would kill the bosses. We played through Castlevania so many times like that.

    So... you want more weapons that would be subpar compared to staves? ;)

    there are many possibilities and it has been discussed alot

    Before adding new weaps, I personally would prefer more distinct differences in current weaps, daggers/swords/maces are all same speed which is kinda silly. The damage/speed could be easily altered without changing the actual dps and it could feel bit more different

    Apart from that, I would rather stick to the lore, seeing 100x Indiana Jones would just mess with my immersions so no, no whips. Polearms would be nice, spear n shield would be nice, throwing wepons would be nice.
