Do you want to recover all upgrading materials when deconstructing legendary items after a patch?

If ZOS plans to keep changing armor sets and increasing Max ranks at such a fast pace, it could make many people happy to have the ability, after such patches, to deconstruct part of their gear and get their legendary upgrade materials out of it.
There could also be some limitations to prevent abuse, this is just some clues as to what could be done:
- Can only be done on bound sets (crafted sets and end game sets are bound on equip anyways).
- Include a maximum number of deconstructs per player that return all legendary enchants, 7 pieces of armor and 4 weapons.
- Make it only for Legendary pieces (since Legendary mats are the most expensive/hard to obtain).

No!Legendary is no longer legendary when it is ordinary. The idea that rare mats are rare or limited is intentional. Suggesting that a person can just completely recycle their mats kind of defeats the entire purpose of those mats.NA MegaServer

It's not like your current legendary gear suddenly becomes useless, legendary mats aren't really all that rare at VR levels, and acquiring those mats gives you something to do and/or strive for while leveling from V12 - V14 instead of a mindless grindfest just to hit the next cap.

jambam817_ESO✭✭✭I don't really care but I think it's a bad idea.my highest character is VR6, never seen a piece of legendary yet. So no, it doesn't really affect me, no i don't really care, and no i dont mind rare stuff being hard to come by.
You guys need to get over it. even "rare" materials in this game are pretty common. if they weren't this thread wouldn't even be here as no one would be crafting legendary gear every single patch, every slot, every level.

✭✭✭✭✭Maybe I don't need the Bleeding Edge in PvE, but I can't see that much of a benefit to going Epic or Legendary with things I craft. Blue gives me enough of a Buff.
One day I will make a Legendary Set, but I am in no hurry.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
