I've been messing around with a lowbie Khajiit NB and the class seems fun and interesting. The problem is, I have no idea what I'm doing. I've played a Templar since beta.

If willing, I'd appreciate advice and answers to as many questions as possible. I apologize in advance for my scattered thoughts.

First and foremost, I'm interested in solo and/or small group PvP and would like to try a vampire with associated skills. I'd like to use magic based skill lines (primarily) mixed with bow and/or dual wield as fast as possible in stealth. I'd like to be very elusive!

With the above in mind, please see questions below...

Must have skills and how to use rotation effectively for Bow + Dual Wield daggers?

Attribute allocation?

Armor type?

Armor sets?

What Glyphs and how to use around gear and attribute demands?

Siphoning Strikes (and morphs) seems nice but I'm worried about the reduced damage in PvP. Is this a skill that is worth using in PvP?

Is getting resto staff and associated skills worth having as backup or even as second bar?

I have many other questions but I'll stop there. I'm confused on how I can balance all the attribute demands for weapon and magic while having decent health...no idea on medium and light armor and how I might mitigate those demands.
