Another Possible Solution for Stamina vs Magicka Builds

1. Attribute Points for Stamina should be raised from +10 to +15 like Health. Sneaking, Blocking, breaking CC, Sprinting, and Roll Dodging all use Stamina in addition to abilities.
This gives 245 more Stamina if you put all 49 points, which isn't a significant difference or a reason to complain for extra Magicka attribute point worth.

2. Nerf Concentration Passive Skill from 3/6% to a 1/2%. I know 1.4 Patch said 2/4%, but I personally do not believe that is enough or is even going to work.

3. Add passive .5/1/2% Armor Penetration to Dexterity Passive Skill. This will give Medium Armor an upper edge against Heavy Armor as well as Light Armor builds.

4. Add passive .5/1% chance per piece of armor to break enemy block and cause knock back for 2 seconds to Juggernaut Passive Skill.

5. Impulse should not damage normally through block. Increase internal cooldown by .2 seconds.

6. Nerf Absorb Passive Skill by 3/4 the amount of Magicka received.

7. Nerf Cycle of Life Passive Skill from 1/2% for every 20% to 1/2% for every 25%.

    1. Attribute Points should give +15 Magicka, +15 Stamina or +20 Health.

    2. Concentration doesn't need nerfed. Stop making skills worthless. Maybe it should actually be buffed! Change ALL armor passives to read "1% per piece worn".

    3. No way. Instead, have each Armor Piece based on its Type (Light, Medium, Heavy) increase your Armor Cap by 2/4/6%. This would allow a Sorcerer wearing Medium/Heavy to have a higher Armor Cap than the same Sorcerer wearing Light.

    4. Sure. Change the perk to have a static "1%..." and enjoy.

    5. Impulse does low damage. It should bypass Blocking. However it should have the "Cooldown Animation" moved to the beginning of the ability before damage instead of after. This means if you Animation Cancel the ability Impulse, you cancel your own damage. This fixes the ability in a painless way.

    6. No. Instead, have it restore 50% of the current amt. of Magicka and the same amount of Stamina.

    7. No way, just making an ability useless. How about making Heavy Attacks and Light Attacks cost Stamina? And increasing the Stamina Cost of Blocking and CC Break?

It seems like your "Fixes" are less about balancing anything and more about making prime choices less desirable by making their abilities worthless. Nobody is stupid, just call them Nerfs.

Your argument doesn't seem to look for a solution for stamina builds, rather buffing light armor builds.

    1. Does not make sense to bring health or magicka up. As I've said there are more resources needed for stamina.

    2. Concentration is light armor's most overpowered passive, and is the reason spell resistance is ignored almost all the time for casters going against medium or heavy.

    3. Why would you want to increase armor cap on all sets? It will not change anything, and spell casters use SPELLS, which armor does not even go into the equation.

    4. If someone is using stamina for moves, and casters can hold block and cast spells due to a broken mechanic, it is only a possible viable solution to be able to break someone's block. After all, there is not a single stamina ability that breaks block.

    5. Impulse hits harder than a lot of single target spells available. If it's too weak for you, then you're doing something wrong yourself.

    6. Why should it restore Stamina? Healers do not need a restore Stamina passive. And 50% could work, but 3/4 would be a better start.

    7. Why should Restoration Staff light and heavy attacks cost Stamina? That would make the only weapon to use Stamina costs for light and heavy attacks.
