Another update that doesn't really solve any of the voiced issues with this game. Another month to realize that "play your way" is just a marketing scam. Another day where logging on for even five minutes shows how far from an elder scrolls title this really is.
There are so many issues with eso lately I'd hit the forum character limit before listing then all.
The final straw for me: taking three or four times longer to kill a target at vet rank with my medium armor 2h build than the caster twenty yards away.
They keep trying to distract us with these stupid, worthless content pushes while ignoring our demands and everything that's wrong with the core game mechanics, and too many people are buying into it. Speak with your wallet, that's the only thing zenimax will listen to.

I really don't think you're in a position to be demanding anything. You and everyone else screaming and crying about this on the forums isn't helping. It's not constructive and it's really tiring for those of us who come on here to try and contribute positively towards seeing the game improve. Maybe if you change your attitude a bit from being demanding to be polite and helpful while making realistic requests you'd get somewhere (including having fun). Just a thought...

poodlemasterb16_ESO✭✭✭✭✭My son's VR3 NB can kill single targets amazingly fast. My VR2 Vampire Witch can kill groups quite a bit quicker than he can but for single target burst his NB is very good.
He for some reason runs 2 heavy and 5 medium. I have tried talking to him.

Sure, they're not perfect. No one is... The game has had its share of problems but they've been fixing them and working on them. Slow... but steady. If you don't like the pace, then please... feel free to show them how it's done.

Or could it just be that they're having fun playing the game their way? Just because you are annoyed because the developers aren't implementing your "demands" doesn't for a moment mean that everyone else is. Check the servers, there are plenty of people having fun right now.4 -
Ninnghizhidda✭✭✭✭In the end doesn't really matter anymore. I believe they have now decided that ESO is primarily made for "mages" or "Harry Potters", "Elder Mages Online" etc etc. This is the way they will be heading.
Out of 500 things each Update brings, 1 or 2, and pretty minor ones, have anything to do with "warriors" or "Stamina".
It is pretty clear to me. And after that, it is console time. I honestly think they hardly care about anyone else, and the few silly "die-hards" still fooling themselves they can "play as they like", even them, eventually will give up, maybe running a 6-month sub right now, or made the mistake to renew one, until they realise the game is lost for them. Well I wonder why they didnt advertise their game with the slogan 'Play your way, but anything apart from staff/robe is a poor decision'.P2P offered you 'hell yeah!' moments. F2P offers you 'thank god its over' moments.5 -

Personally, I tend to think ESO screwed up by calling their spell lines classes. They should have called them spell lines, or some such. Since, you know, that's what they actually are. IMO would have made more sense, wouldn't have upset the "ES is classless" faction as much, and, of course, would have explained why ALL the skills use magica.
My assumption would be that a "witch" would be a sorc specializing in destruction staff with maybe some dark magic skill lines.
I have 6 Characters in 6 different classes.
Warrior (DK, S&S spec, heavy armor tank)
Ranger (Sorc, bow, snares, summons)
Paladin (Templar, heal, 2h sword, heavy armor)
Summoner (Sorc, summons, destruct)
Rogue (Nightblade, dual wield, stealth skills/assasinate)
Blood priest (Nightblade, resto staff, siphon skills)
So I guess my #PetPeeve would be people defending ESO's poor choice in terminology.Achievements Suck0 -

This is why it feels like they are ignoring us. This is why it feels like they don't have their priorities straight. I shouldn't be dying in combat because I cannot use my weapons because of a bug that we have reported many, many times over the last month. And yet there is NO acknowledgement about it from them.
So please tell us what we should do to make this more clear that we want these things fixed. Please tell us how to get their attention so they give us some feedback that:- They recognize that these bugs exist.
- They are actively trying to fix them.

Why dont you first tell me why non-staff/light builds underperform in trials and we'll see if the problem is with trials or the resource/scaling system and skill design in general.
Also if you think they wont be adding more group based PvE activities as the time goes on you only need to look at 1.4, the new trial and the DS arena.P2P offered you 'hell yeah!' moments. F2P offers you 'thank god its over' moments.1 -

I am not having the issue with the weapon swapping. It was fixed in the release when they said they fixed it.
If you are still having the issue, you should have filed a new bug report and provided exact information regarding which weapons you have slotted, and screenshots or video showing you swapping the weapons out of combat but the wrong weapons were still showing.
You could even capture video showing you IN combat with the issue.
I get the distinct impression you have done neither, and instead are on the forums complaining instead of trying to help by providing them with exact details and information.3
